ALON YAACOBY (JACOBS)
CO - FOUNDER
As a Principal of LTNG, Alon prides himself in his involvement in all aspects of his projects: from the initial underwriting, acquisition, legal closing, and design development through to the financial and tactical side of the business. Design is at the heart of all his projects, and he painstakingly plans each property’s flow, feel, and finishes. His track record includes over $300M worth of real estate properties transacted. Prior to co-founding LTNG, he served as the COO for Largo, a development firm with an in-house construction arm.
In his late 20’s Alon moved to Williamsburg with his wife. Since then, Brooklyn has become an intrinsic part of his DNA, and his passion for real estate is fueled by the bustling borough. He earned his LLB in Law and B.A in Business Administration specializing in Real Estate from the IDC in Israel and is a licensed Attorney in Israel. In his free time, Alon loves to travel (especially when there is surfing or snowboarding involved) and spend time with his wife and three daughters.
ODED BEN - NUN
As a Principal of LTNG, Oded is engaged in all aspects of acquisition, development, construction, and property management. He is also responsible for the day-to-day financials of the company. Prior to co-founding LTNG, Oded served as CFO for Largo and was the Director of Finance and VP of acquisitions for Landsea Homes NY Metro Division. Oded specializes in sourcing and structuring acquisitions and joint ventures and their capitalization. He was involved in the development of over 1,250 rental and condo units in NYC spanning over a million square feet valued at over $1.5 Billion.
Oded started his career as an Investment Analyst at several of the largest institutional investment firms in Israel. He earned his BA in accounting and finance from the IDC in Israel and is a trained accountant.

ASAF BEN - NUN
As a Principal of LTNG, Asaf heads the construction arm of the company. In addition to planning, logistics, and design, he runs the subsidiary construction management firm, Trave LLC. Prior to the inception of LTNG, Asaf was employed at Largo as senior project manager where he oversaw the development of residential and commercial real estate from conceptual programming through to design, construction, and final delivery. Since 2010, Asaf has completed construction of over 300 residential units spanning over half a million square feet.
Asaf attended Berklee College of Music where he specialized in Jazz and Composition. As a proud father of 3 (including a set of twins), he still manages to find time to play his upright bass.
